Great insight, Jodian. It is not uncommon for a person to be diagnosed with more than one personality disoder. Some symptoms or manifestations overlap - such as the anxiety that accompanies a personality disorder. The technical term is "comorbidity" and it makes therpay more challenging and of course, navigating life more challenging for the patient.

I wouldn't use the term "bad" for a person with a personality disorder. They have developed dysfuntional ways to get themselves through their life experiences. They can do "bad" or disruptive or hurtful things, for sure. They can be difficult to be around and cause problems for themselves and others related to how they navigate the world. But all in all they are tyring to survive physically, mentally and emotionally just like the rest of us, they just don't always have the resouces (internal or external) to do that in funtional ways.
