I believe the "How To Be More Genuine" movement is the flip side of the "Me Too Movement", and though I agree with the healing powers of ALL energy/therapy modalities...yoga does not take the trauma out of the body, cranial sacral has limits with emotion, meditation can help hyper vigilance, pilates is great for the mind/body balance, but many therapies do not touch the Cluster B group.
