Yes! This is so true. The workplace has really changed and experience, which was previously so valued, now is not.

As an introvert I always need the time to process things before I give my best response. Like you I find others jumping more quickly into the spotlight.

We can't forget the many wonderful things about growing older - most importantly that we get the chance to, while many do not. And we are rewarded by being wiser.
